Buying new dream house

Buying home for the first time is a difficult task and for a newbie, it’s like moving a mountain. When I had bought my home, I was all confused. There were so many questions in my mind like where to buy, what kind of home, how can I get best deal and save some money. Finally, after checking out around 30 properties I settled for the one I had seen on the first day of my search. However, at that time I was confused as it was my first day of search and I thought that maybe I could get even better in lower prices. From my experiences, I have learnt that there is no end to this search of finding “THE RIGHT HOME”. Therefore, whenever during your search you found a home, which you love and feel it like a home. My advice is to stop your search and buy it.
After getting your finance in order, hire a real estate agent. You should also use every resource you have like newspaper, internet or referral from friends or relatives. Gather some knowledge regarding real estate otherwise, brokers and home seller will eat you up. Tell your real estate agent all the stuff you have thought about buying your dream home. Generally, it takes a 3-4 days search before people are satisfied. Keeping making a note about the things, you like and you do not like about the house and then rate it in a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best. These notes will help you a lot in making your final decision.
After searching, comes the money part. Home is not just a four-wall structure of cement and bricks it’s a place where joy is shared, sorrows are expressed, hopes and dreams are crafted. So try to connect with the owner and make him feel you are the correct buyer. Then make a clean and positive offer, which should be doubly check by your agent first. Although buying home is not like buying a car but still negotiation matters. Now only work that is left is to move in to your new home.
